Terms of Service
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wyre Technology MCP Gateway and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- "AI Services" refers to the artificial intelligence-based services provided through the Service, including AI-driven tool calls, process automation, and AI-assisted interactions with third-party platforms.
- "AI-Generated Outputs" means any data, content, analyses, actions, or other results generated by AI services as a result of processing your data or through interactions with your connected systems.
- "Third-Party Platforms" means any external services connected through the Service, including but not limited to Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Syncro, Atera, SuperOps, and any other MSP platforms.
- "Tool Calls" means any actions executed on Third-Party Platforms through the Service on your behalf, including but not limited to creating, reading, updating, or deleting data.
3. Description of Service
The Service provides a hosted proxy that connects AI assistants (including Claude by Anthropic) to Third-Party Platforms via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service stores encrypted API credentials on your behalf and proxies requests between AI assistants and those platforms. The Service acts as a pass-through proxy and does not independently verify, approve, or undo any operations performed on connected platforms.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to the following obligations:
- Credential Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys you provide to the Service.
- Authority. You must have the right and authority to submit any API keys or credentials you provide to the Service.
- Third-Party Compliance. You must comply with the terms of service of any Third-Party Platforms you connect through the Service.
- Lawful Use. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations applicable to you, including data protection and privacy laws, intellectual property rights laws, and any specific regulations governing your industry.
- Ethical Use of AI. You agree to use the AI Services and any related technologies ethically, in a manner that respects privacy rights, avoids discrimination, and complies with applicable ethical guidelines.
- Review and Validation. You assume full responsibility for the selection of the AI Services to achieve your intended results and for the use and results obtained from the AI Services. You acknowledge that you must regularly review and validate AI-generated outputs and Tool Call results for accuracy and appropriateness before relying on them.
- Data Backups. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your data on connected Third-Party Platforms. You acknowledge that Tool Calls executed through the Service may create, modify, or delete data on those platforms, and that such actions may be irreversible.
- Access Controls. You are responsible for implementing appropriate access controls on connected platforms, including using read-only API keys where write access is not required.
- Notification of Issues. You shall promptly notify Wyre Technology of any issues, concerns, or malfunctions related to the Service, and agree to provide detailed information about such issues to aid in their resolution.
5. API Credentials and Data
Credentials you submit are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are only decrypted in memory to fulfill proxied requests. We do not sell, share, or use your credentials for any purpose other than fulfilling your requests. You may delete your credentials and account at any time. Upon termination, your stored credentials will be deleted within 30 days unless you request immediate deletion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the Service's security mechanisms.
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of Anthropic's usage policies for Claude.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
7. Exclusions
Wyre Technology is not responsible for failures to provide the Service, or for any damages, data loss, or other harm, that are caused by or related to any of the following conditions:
- Third-Party Services and Products. Issues resulting from Third-Party Platforms or products not directly supplied or controlled by Wyre Technology, including outages, API changes, discontinuation of services, changes in terms of service, or access restrictions imposed by those platforms.
- Your Actions and Tool Calls. Any data created, modified, deleted, or otherwise affected on Third-Party Platforms as a result of Tool Calls executed through the Service on your behalf, whether initiated by you directly or by an AI assistant acting on your instructions.
- Failure to Follow Recommendations. Failures or performance issues resulting from your disregard for recommendations, instructions, or best practices provided by Wyre Technology, including but not limited to recommendations to use read-only API keys or to review AI outputs before acting on them.
- Unauthorized Modifications. Problems stemming from unauthorized alterations to the Service or your systems by you or third parties.
- Force Majeure. Delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, terrorism, cyberattacks, or service provider outages.
- AI Hallucinations. Inaccuracies or fabrications ("hallucinations") produced by AI models connected through the Service.
- Unpredictable AI Behavior. Unforeseen or unpredictable AI system behaviors that result in unintended outcomes, including unintended Tool Calls or data modifications.
- AI Model Failure. Any sudden failure, degradation, or unpredicted behavior of AI models that significantly impacts service delivery, where such issues cannot be promptly resolved through reasonable efforts due to the complex and "black box" nature of certain AI technologies.
- Bias and Fairness. Outcomes influenced by biases inherent in AI models or data.
- Data-Driven Limitations. Limitations arising from inadequate or poor-quality data supplied by you or inherent in datasets used by connected platforms.
- Ethical Use and Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring the ethical use and legal compliance of AI-driven outputs and Tool Call results.
- Continuous Learning Changes. Changes in AI behavior due to continuous learning processes, not directly managed by Wyre Technology.
- Intellectual Property Claims from AI Outputs. Claims of intellectual property infringement arising from AI-generated content or outputs.
- Infrastructure Failures. Failures in critical infrastructure supporting the Service, including cloud computing platforms, data storage systems, and networking services, caused by external factors such as cyberattacks, service provider outages, or natural disasters.
- Regulatory or Legal Changes. Any changes in laws, regulations, or government policies that directly prohibit, restrict, or impose additional burdens on the deployment, operation, or use of AI technologies and services contemplated by these Terms.
- Unauthorized Access or Security Breaches. Unauthorized access to or breaches of your Third-Party Platform accounts, unless directly caused by Wyre Technology's negligence in handling your stored credentials.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
